TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that guests are required to provide hotel with booking confirmation form and a credit card imprint or cash upon check-in to cover incidental charges such as meals, drinks, laundry and etc.
2. Effective June 1, 2014, the Penang State Government will be imposing a Local Government Fee of MYR 3 nett per room per night payable directly to the hotel upon check in (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
3. Adults (12 years old and above) who request for extra bed will be charged RM 60.00 nett per pax.
4. Kindly note that surcharge of MYR 100 per room per night payable upon check-in will be imposed on Peak Holiday season and Public Holidays as deemed necessary by The Management.
